We strive to make our products and the Flip Toys brand available to every single person in Canada.

Working with our sales partners is one way to achieve this goal.  As we progress and strengthen the brand, we need help from your company to distribute our products.

Orders 

Wholesale orders are placed in our eCommerce portal.  Please follow the below steps to submit an order.

1. Log on to wholesale portal with approved credentials
2. Ensure all shipping details is accurate in your account profile
3. Order entry:
  • Navigate to the Products tab
  • Select the number of units for your order (MOQ: 5)
  • Click Add to cart button
  • Click Check Out Button
4. Shipping
  • Confirm shipping details and click Continue to shipping
  • Confirm Shipping Method: Local GTA Delivery
5. Payment
  • Select agreed upon payment method. Orders will be cancelled if chosen payment type does not match agreed upon payment plan
    • Pay now via credit card (confirm if Billing address matches shipping address)
    • Cash on delivery (COD)
    • Net 30
  • Click on Pay now button to confirm order
6. Order will be confirmed within 24 hours of order receipt and will be shipped via the agreed upon timelines.

 

Payment Terms

There are multiple payment terms that can be applied to your order.  The payment terms will be negotiated during the sales meeting (either via email or in person meeting).  A written document expressing these negotiated terms will be required.

 

Delivery | Restricted to local GTA stores

Your order will be delivered to your shipping address within one week of order receipt.  Please let us know if a expediated shipment is required.

 

Returns

Any defective products can be requested for an exchange.  We are currently not accepting any other returns at the moment.  Please email us at info@fliptoys.ca with your return details.

 

Reorders

Please let us know your inventory movements and sales forecasts for the products you purchase.  We will take this data and work towards providing your company a continuous supply of Flip Toys!
